• Payment is required within a week of the sale. We accept all major credit
cards.
• We ONLY ship orders to the address that is the billing address of the
credit card. Make sure you typing correctly when you enter address information
during order process since this address will be verified. All orders that
can not verified the address will subject to be canceled.
• Most cases, we ship the orders within 24 hours or less. The process of the
order is the following steps:
1. Customers placed orders.
2. Sale teams verify orders
3. if any issues, we will notice customers.
4. Warehouse teams received work order and prepare the shipment.
5. Within 8 hours, order should be ready for shipment.
6. Carrier will pick up within 12 hours.
• The purcharger is responsible for all shipping costs when return or
exchange items.
• Return tires is subject to be charged 15% for restocking fee to your
account.
• Tires must be properly boxed and sent back fully insured for the replacement
cost. All damaged returns will be deny credit.
• Return tires must be prior authorized by Huge Discount Tires.
• The purchaser has responsibility to inspect and report any damages within 24
hours of receiving the items. No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of
shipment. The claims require the original packaging materials.
• The purchase price at the time of sale is final.
